What to know before you book
Food, waivers, head counts and changes. Everything you need to plan a smooth party day.

Food and drink
Standard parties and up include 2 large cheese pizzas. Want different toppings or more pizza? We can handle it for an extra cost.
- Toppings: $4 each
- Additional pizza (10 slices): $20
- Max of 10 pizzas total
You're welcome to bring any food or drinks you want, except alcohol. We hand out small water bottles during the break, and there's a water fountain available the whole time.
Rescheduling
Every booked party can be rescheduled, whether something unexpected comes up or another date just works better for you.
Email us at least 2 weeks before your party date to make any changes.
Waivers and guest list
Everyone staying at the party needs a completed waiver, whether they're participating or just watching. Share the waiver link with your guests ahead of time.
The week of your party, email us a final guest list that includes:
- Day, time and the family name on the account in the subject line
- First and last name of each participant
No one can participate or watch without a completed waiver.
Max head count
Each package has a max number of participants, listed on our Birthday Parties page and in Wellness Living. Please stick to that number. Going over it conflicts with our business policies.
We get it, surprises happen. If you go over your max, each extra participant is charged $40 or a party upgrade, whichever costs less.
Spectators don't count toward your head count.
Changing your package
Going bigger is easy. Let us know with enough notice and we'll make the change.
Going smaller comes with a $65 charge, taken before your refund is processed the following month. Or skip the fee entirely: keep the full balance as account credit and use it on any of our services (100% credited, no surcharge).
Torn between two sizes? We recommend booking the smaller one. Upgrading later is free.
What to wear
Active wear and laced shoes. Clothes should be loose but not baggy.
No jewelry, except medically necessary items.
Cancellations and refunds
Getting money back once a card has been charged is tough for a small business, so every booking can be used as 100% credit toward our other services.
If you can't reschedule or something forces you to cancel, we understand. We can refund your credit card minus a $100 service fee.
Remember, every party can be moved to another date. Don't miss out on the fun!
